Sharing information with third parties

We respect your privacy and ensure that the company and personal data we process are treated confidentially. We will not provide this information to third parties unless this is necessary for the execution of our agreement, providing support or to comply with a legal obligation or court order.

• hosting and taking care of our website

We only process personal data of minors (persons under the age of 16) if written permission has been given by the parent, carer or legal representative.

ARNIMEX bvba does not store personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law.

Security

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unlawful processing, for example we have taken the following measures;

• Our employees have been informed about the importance of the protection of personal data.
• All persons who can access your data on behalf of ARNIMEX bvba are bound by their confidentiality and have signed a confidentiality agreement to this effect.
• All files with personal data supplied will only be used for the assignment for which they were issued and will be deleted from all our systems within 2 weeks.
• The progress of each assignment for which a file with personal data is supplied by the customer is registered in a processing register.
• We have a username and password policy on all our systems;
• We pseudonymise and ensure the encryption of personal data if there is reason to do so;
• We make backups of the personal data in order to be able to recover it in the event of physical or technical incidents;
• We strictly adhere to the retention period policy and ensure correct destruction after the specified period;
• We regularly (once per quarter) test and evaluate our measures under the GDPR;
